1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using HealthyMealHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
HealthyMealHub provides meal planning, grocery list generation, and nutrition tracking tools. The service is provided for general wellness purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
HealthyMealHub, its recipes, design, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your personal data and custom plans remain yours.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthyMealHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes in advance.
